Shipping & Delivery

In most parts of London and across the UK, orders placed by 1:00 PM can usually be delivered the same day (delivery times may vary for some areas and on public holidays).

Deliveries may be delayed on major public holidays. A reminder: Florists and couriers may call the recipient to arrange delivery.

For hospital deliveries

Please check that the person receiving the delivery is still in the hospital before you schedule it.
If you can, please include the hospital building name, unit, section and room number in the delivery address.

Flower Care

We deliver our freshly picked flowers while they’re still in bud so you can enjoy them for longer. If they don’t look their best when they arrive, it’s because they’re thirsty from the journey. If you give them water, they will feel better within 24 hours. Your flowers may not bloom for a day or two, but they’ll bloom faster if you follow our six tips:

Clean your vase thoroughly. Bacteria cause your flowers to wilt more quickly.
Fill the vase two-thirds full with fresh, warm water and add your flower food. Instead of changing the water completely the day after receiving your flowers, top up the water; this way, they will retain their nutrients longer.
Change the water regularly after the second day. Just like us, flowers love clean water.
Clean the leaves that will be below the water line to prevent debris buildup. If your flowers have roses, you may notice discoloration on the outer petals. These are the protective leaves that protect the inner petals. Gently remove 2-3 protective leaves to expose them.
Cut the stems about 2-3 cm from the bottom at a 45-degree angle.
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight to extend their lifespan.
